Senior Biology Engineer – PhD
Azita received her PhD in Mechanobiology from the National University of Singapore. During her PhD she showed the synergistic effect of a tyrosine phosphatase inhibitor and substrate topography on Endothelial cell behavior. After her PhD she joined a lab in Paris at Institut Pierre-Gilles de Gennes, for her postdoctoral research. She explored the effect of mechanical cues on the cancer cell using a microfluidic system mimicking the microvasculature. She as well took the role of project manager at INSERM and participated in clinical trial projects and grant writing. Azita has an intense experience in the field of molecular biology and biotechnology. Azita is in charge of all biological controls and protocols on Aenitis developments.
